1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and 99pkr ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services available at https://99pkr.org, including but not limited to sports betting, online casino games, live dealer services, slot games and all related account features.

By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any part of the 99pkr platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the 99pkr platform.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail. 99pkr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time; the date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any services offered by 99pkr. This requirement is strictly enforced. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend the account pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during a period of underage use may be forfeited.

2.2 Lawful Use. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of 99pkr complies with all laws, regulations and ordinances applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting and gaming is lawful for you. 99pkr makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction within or outside Pakistan.

2.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a valid date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one 99pkr account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be voided.

2.5 KYC Verification. 99pkr reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at the time of registration, before processing withdrawals, or in response to unusual account activity. Acceptable KYC documents include a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 99pkr will never request your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp or live chat. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 99pkr support immediately.

3.2 Account Currency. All 99pkr accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, wager amounts, winnings and bonuses are stated in PKR.

3.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit or wager activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 99pkr reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice. The applicable dormancy fee will be communicated to the registered mobile number prior to deduction.

3.4 Account Closure by User. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 99pkr support. Pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your nominated payment method, subject to verification. Accounts closed for responsible gaming self-exclusion purposes will be subject to the terms set out in Section 9 of these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Banking

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 99pkr currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are processed in PKR. 99pkr reserves the right to add or remove payment method options at any time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet (JazzCash, Easypaisa) is Rs 200. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rs 500. These minimums are subject to change; current limits are displayed within the account dashboard at the time of deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated on the withdrawal page at the time of submission. 99pkr does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees. 99pkr reserves the right to carry out identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Own Accounts Only. You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts or bank accounts registered in your own name. Transfers involving third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.5 Disputed Transactions. If you believe a transaction on your 99pkr account is erroneous or unauthorised, you must notify 99pkr support within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date. 99pkr will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Betting Rules & Settlement

5.1 Bet Placement. All bets placed on 99pkr are final once confirmed. It is the user's responsibility to review bet details — including selection, stake amount and odds — before confirming a wager. 99pkr will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of user error.

5.2 Odds. 99pkr reserves the right to update odds at any time prior to bet confirmation. Accepted bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed, regardless of subsequent odds changes.

5.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond permitted timeframes, obvious pricing errors, or in the event of match-fixing or integrity concerns. Void bets will be refunded to the user's account balance.

5.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play bets are subject to confirmation latency. 99pkr reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined, even if the bet was accepted due to data feed delay.

5.5 Maximum Payouts. Maximum payout limits per event and per day may apply and are displayed within the relevant betting markets. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout will be settled at the stated limit.

6. Casino Games

6.1 Game Outcomes. All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games available on 99pkr use certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are determined independently of 99pkr and cannot be manipulated by the platform or by individual users. Third-party testing certifications are available on request.

6.2 Live Casino. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the outcome will be recorded by the game provider's server log and settled accordingly. 99pkr accepts no liability for outcomes affected by the user's internet connection quality.

6.3 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, the affected round may be declared void and the relevant stake returned. 99pkr's decision in relation to game malfunctions is final.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers made available by 99pkr are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits and eligible game restrictions. These Terms apply in addition to the general Terms & Conditions set out herein.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.3 Abuse. 99pkr reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, use of low-risk staking strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploitation of a bonus in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99pkr platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity
• Providing false, misleading or third-party registration information
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using automated betting software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation
• Arbitrage betting or exploitation of pricing errors in a systematic manner
• Collusion with other players in casino games
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity through 99pkr (money laundering)
• Attempting to hack, circumvent or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure
• Harassing or threatening 99pkr staff or other users

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Commitment. 99pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All account holders are encouraged to set personal limits on their deposits, wagers and session duration, available within the account settings panel.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to restrict their access to 99pkr for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from one month to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, account reactivation requests will not be processed until the exclusion period has expired.

9.3 Age Verification. 99pkr employs age verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to conduct further verification at any time. Access by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data

99pkr collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data collected by 99pkr will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, or where compelled by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 99pkr provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from downtime, technical failures or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

11.2 99pkr's total liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the preceding thirty (30) days.

11.3 99pkr accepts no liability for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress arising from use of the platform.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Amendments to These Terms

99pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 99pkr following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
